About me
My story began when I was dealing with PMS symptoms as a 12 year old and was given birth control to deal with it. After spending nearly a decade on birth control and still struggling with mood swings, fatigue, and burnout, I turned to strength training and yoga to heal and it completely changed my life. I’ve been passionate about how exercise and eating food to fuel your body can deeply impact both our physical and mental health
Now, as a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and fascial stretch therapist, I help women reach the physique goals they want and feel their best by working with their bodies, not against them. My mission is to empower women to understand their cycles, honor their energy, and become the strongest, most confident versions of themselves, inside and outside the gym.
