Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a gentle, assisted stretching technique that targets the fascia,  the connective tissue surrounding your muscles and joints. By releasing tension and improving mobility, FST helps reduce pain, improve posture, and enhance performance both in the gym and in everyday life. When paired with stability and strength work, FST creates lasting results by improving how your body moves and feels. Many clients also notice a sense of emotional release, as stored stress or energy held in the body begins to unwind, leaving you feeling more balanced, open, and grounded.
