I wrote this book because I kept seeing women online being told to avoid lifting weights for half the month,  advice that simply isn’t backed by research. As a trainer and coach, I’ve worked with so many women who struggle with fatigue, PMS symptoms, and frustration when their bodies don’t seem to “cooperate.” I wanted to create a resource that helps women actually understand what’s happening in their bodies, so they can train, eat, and recover in ways that work with their cycle instead of against it.My goal is to empower women to feel confident, consistent, and strong all month long, not limited by their hormones, but informed by them.
